Robert has been in continuous private practice since 1980. He was with the leading Malaysian law firm of Shearn Delamore & Co until 2019, and subsequently a consultant with the boutique litigation firm of Sreenevasan Young.
In February 2021, Robert started his own practice under the name and style of ‘Robert Lazar’ as part of a group law practice “RL Group Law Practice”.
